Mind Body Qi Therapy 1.5 hr: $125
There are times in our lives when we want more insight into our behavior or pain. Why does it keep showing up in our lives. Understanding of our internal world is the path forward. Sometimes we need help translating our body's language. There is real value in using our body's cues for a deeper awareness of our personal gifts and struggles. If you are going through a life transition or working with a chronic condition or just want continue your journey to authenticity and self-actualization consider Mind Body Qi Therapy. Sessions weave together acupressure, Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, visualizations, mindfulness meditation, and breath awareness. If you are in therapy, with your permission I am willing to collaborate with your therapist.
Acupressure treatment 1 hr: $85 1.5 hr: $125
Acupressure is one of the most ancient and traditional forms of working with qi. Finger pressure on the acupoints is used to move & balance qi. It's like acupuncture but with fingers instead of needles. Acupressure helps relieve body aches and pains whether from daily stress or sports injuries. It is also good for digestive problems, respiratory disorders, headaches and menstruation. And as a tune up or maintenance, acupressure supports your general health and wellbeing.
Meridian Touch treatment 1 hr: $85
In Meridian Touch the body is placed in supported positions that ease the release of stuck qi by gently jiggling the body, palpating the meridians and pressing acupoints. The practitioner uses her body in a way that is similar to shiatsu or thai massage to facilitate qi flow. Meridian Touch is good when you feel a sluggish sense of body-mind connection whether from living & playing hard, body pains, emotional tension or just feeling off your game.
Private Qigong Class 1.5 hr: $90
Learn Eight Pieces of Silk qigong: Begin to learn an ancient and traditional form that develops flexibility, strength and body mindfulness. This is a fluid and effective form for health and wellbeing. If you are new to Eight Pieces you will find that 3 classes will be enough to learn the whole form. Have a friend or two join you to save costs. ( If you already know Eight Pieces a private lesson can be a review and to tweak your form.)
